Do you mean just selecting 'offline account' during setup?

      >Do you mean just selecting 'offline account' during setup?
There is no option for that anymore. If you want an offline account in a non-pro version of Windows 11, you need to disable some network service in the command prompt, after which it skips the "connect to wifi" section and takes you to the offline account creation screen.

nobody cares what they make home users do, it isn't relevant to anyone with a brain.

Windows is an OS best used by powerusers who install other versions and can use powershell/gpedit to resolve all the shitty stuff. Once done it's a perfectly fine OS.

Updated from W10 to W11 with literally 0 problems after doing a complete rebuild of my PC, LITERALLY 0 PROBLEMS, everything works perfectly after changing mobo and cpu.
Didn't need an account or to do anything besides wait for the update to be done, not a single program stopped working or a setting was changed, the only "bad" thing is that it installed some bloat like disney+ that you can just right click uninstall.
You would need to spend 2 weeks troubleshooting Linux if you did something similar.
    Windows JUST FRICKING WORKS.

You realize using a banned email address works right? Just type in [email protected]

itll still ask for a password but it doesn't matter what you type in, then you'll get "something went wrong" and default to a local Account. [email protected] also works. most Cuss words infact. I do alot of setups for work.

I think I'll just buy a Chromebook, or low end W11 laptop for general use. I don't care about modern games and have all the programs I want.

    >Eh, but you can still use modern and better harder in the future if you wanna the games
    >Nobody makes good games these days, that happens like once a year and the ones I care about will still be supported on W10 if I can't use my older machines.

I know those schemers think this hamfisted attempt will get me to buy hardware more frequently, but I will be using only one low end piece of shit until W11 reaches end of support-not another penny will be spent on hardware and that's if I don't just go with a shitty Chromebook or the cheapest Mac instead to spite Microsoft.
