That wasnt murder he was a vietnam vet who died so he couldnt argue his own case. Cop menaced him and such, theres cases youre allowed to act in self defense and he clearly tried to spare the cops life. Easily could have headshotted him but tried to just disable him. Stupid cop kept on shooting. Repeatedly fricked around, and kept finding out.
The cop also committed a war crime and an act of unbound homosexualry by faking surrender, which he still got drilled even with the element of surprise. I'm trying to understand what goes through the mind of someone who tries to kill the guy who just had a barrel at your face and spared your life.
The US constitution and legal code has lines of text specifically saying you're allowed to defend yourself against unreasonable force from the state, but we're so far gone that they made an example out of this guy by murdering the vet in the end.

They officer begged him to stop and he did. Then the officer decided to cowardly shoot at him while his back was turned. That's when Andrew killed him. As soon as the officer saw he was out gunned he should've stayed behind cover and called for back up. All of this could've been avoided if the officer didn't freak out and make so many mistakes

@brooksorlando4881 I don't understand how anybody considers this murder. The vet is clearly insane, and the cop shot at him first. In fact, the cop is the one escalating the situation the entire time. Pulls him over, orders him out of the car, orders him to take his hands out of his pockets, hits him with a baton, fires first, and even fires at him while he is walking away, presumably about to leave. A normal human being, even an armed one, would have just gotten in their car and left at the first sight of a gun. The cop has the license plate, they could arrest this guy later with more back up. There's really no reason to fight this guy one on one except for ego and an obsession with control, which all cops clearly have.
