Sounds like the context of a single word is arbitrarily labelled as hateful (and thus "worthy" of intense litigation) or totally innocuous dependent entirely upon someone's subjective feelings.
You can get charged with hate speech for that yes, but the court has to prove that you did it with the intent of harming someone and any half decent lawyer would jump on the case immediately.

It's crazy how right wingers are so obviously the more credible and truthful side now.
