I know its not much but I can get it fully paid without a mortgage. I know for some of you this isn’t a lot of money but for me it’s enough to comfortably live in a nice mansion.
Godspeed to you anons.

Looks comfy, enjoy bro.
Imposter, not in a philly shithole suburb and actually nice house.
Forgot a zero at the end of that price.
Honestly looks really nice. I already have my home but with a mortgage (3% interest) so I hope to use this bull run to pay it off entirely.

That's not worth $380,000 not even in your wildest dreams. That's over $1,000,000.

Sold for $375k in 2021, anyone with a brain knows living in rust belt upstate NY is a cucked experience.
whats so bad about it? its a lot more white
>Syracuse city, New York
>White alone, percent: 51.9%
>Black or African American alone, percent: 29.0%

I knew it was fake. that home is unbelievable
There has to be some catch to that, you need to add a 0
>rust belt
>30% black
>paying any more than $150k
oh nononono
Wtf an actual garden in America?
It was built 120 years ago, so make sure there aren't any major structural problems that cropped up from it being so fricking old
>120 years
>so fricking old

Well we have 5 bay colonial styles like that which are 300+ years old but it's that Georgian style that gives it an older look.
Yep even in bongland they get tornadoes.

It needs a new roof at least. Probably has been modernized but who knows. Expensive to find people who know how to work on them.
mechanical looks pretty good
106 Onondaga Ave, Syracuse, NY 13204
just saw this on zillow trying to find the OP house, says itll take 500k to renovate and you need at least 150k in your bank for them to sell it to you along with renovation blueprints. If this house is gonna cost 500k to renovate and they sell nice houses in Syracuse for under 400k seems like a trick, maybe if you ran you're own renovation company
Partial trick. Its not even a 3K sq ft house. Its overvalued at $0. Bank just wants anything to offset its losses. See how the bricks are falling, mortar is totally fricked. When my parents redid the foundation of their century farmhouse 15 years ago foundation alone was $20k out of pocket. This will probably run 90-110 to replace beams and jack up house and replace foundation. I doubt bricks are salvageable. Plus broken windows in attic, argentinan ants probably got in and fricked the joists and roof.
Real shame. Personally I'd be more partial to demoing it and rebuilding the good timber on a new property with replacements and selling the land, that's why they are trying to prevent that. They dont want the property values to fall though. The entire area is probably owned by them.
Pretty sure I saw this house on an episode of Are You Afraid of the Dark.
Hope youre prepared for upkeep, increased utility bills and property tax.
Otherwise, grats anon.
>Property taxes say what
Looks beautiful, nice pick
Only 380k? Damn that is a nice piece
>has to wage
>comfortably live
>dump your capital into real cuckstate
Do u really need a house that large?
Yes
