>company on linkedin posts job listing
>it seems like they are looking for a full-stack developer who's gonna be in charge of everything
>this position is for a cto or co-founder, this is a non-paid position
The job market is an insult right now, one day companies will be bold and will simply put "we need a slave"

While filming your meal is repulsive, I don't get the seethe
I haven't watched webm yet but let me guess it's going to be 90% food
you are correct
and you'll take it because you need experience, your degree will become worthless if you have an employment gap longer than 6 months
>Listing title says entry-level/early career
>Description says senior and proceeds to outline an entire IT department
It means entry-level pay. Forms can be finicky but what they're saying is they want a senior for $2K/mo or less
>Salary is also entry level at the best
I'm pretty sure those listings are just to justify H1B hires, because nobody who is a citizen with those quals are going to work for such piss poor pay.
Wonder why there are H1B limitatuons in the first place. You'd think if you paid 1/20th the salary, you could compete easoer in the market and thus lower prices for everyone buying the services. Assuming competition exists of course
you are a cancer Ramesh and you are going to go back
I, too hate paying less for products
its hard to pay for products at all when you cant find a job you subhuman piece of shit
groceries and rents have doubled in the past few years
also lol at the implication that H1Bs are producing anything or that companies will lower prices because they suddenly have cheaper workers
news flash: prices never go down
H1Bs are wholly deleterious, there is absolutely no benefit to native born americans
they just take jobs
and to add insult to injury you morons take every opportunity to spit in the face of your benefactors and rip them off because theyre suckers
there is going to be a reaction the likes of which youve never seen and you are going to suffer
there is no shortage of native born professionals and there never has been, there is an overproduction of professionals
our government deliberately dispossesses native born (white) americans
illegal immigrants are somewhat more preferable because at least 5% of them are responsible for harvesting the nations food supply and they do actual physical labor
>prices never go down
Prices go down when they have to, e.g there is real competition. Of course any company would prefer a cheap outlander to you if they can replace you for cheap
Im talking about general price level, ie inflation
this is cope and not true
>rest aren't struggling to find work.
just, lmao
every fricking white collar professional is struggling to find work you delusional homosexual

>its hard to pay for products at all when you cant find a job
Of course you can, just for less than you'd be used to. And because stuff costs a lot less to produce there'd be much less of a need for all that money in the long term
There are limitations because companies do the very stupid thing, and then when their business craters and leaves a lot of US citizens jobless it becomes a problem for everybody. Sometimes it's even worse, like Boeing, where it turns out that hiring 'jeets at $6/hr to write critical flight control systems turned their planes into lawn darts.
If these companies are so keen on hiring the third world, they should have to move their HQ there as well, and all the execs should have their citizenships revoked for being so moronic. Way too many companies have learned this the hard way, after they hire Indians on the cheap and everything inevitably gets fricked up and unmaintainable, they'll need to rewrite their entire stack.
Those feel like completely separate issues, not inherent to someone's language or skincolor. Companies in critical sectors need to be saddled with appropriate responsibility with painful enough incentives to not purposely take risks on untrained workers.
They are the same shit, it all starts out with a shortsighted easy shortcut to save money (even though this is business side morons who have trouble grasping what IT/software engineering does) and it ALWAYS results in subpar quality. Since all of this has the knock-on effect of impacting the economy in a negative way, the restrictions on H1Bs are already "saddling companies with the appropriate restrictions", but even those are far too light.
pretty much
all job growth under biden has gone to the foreign born, this is not an exaggeration
realise where we are
Where else would it go? 95% of Americans are lazy and incompetent and the rest aren't struggling to find work.
I'm foreign born but outside the US still. How do I get in on this?
Equity?
