Why should he feel the need of showing his presence to ignorant resentful people like you, you must have a clean heart to receive him, even if he did now you would spit at his face.
That’s the meaning of the “unforgivable sin“ by the way.

That famous christian love strikes again.
      >why should you be expecting a loving god, to show himself on his creations, you should be ignorant like me, and just believe he's there, even though he didn't show himself onto me.
Ahh, much love, you christians share into the world.

He showed his love and mercy when I needed it the most and prayed for it. You’re not his pet, you’re his knight trying to find his grail. Thats a profession of faith. Does your wife always prove to you every day by evidence that every day you go to work she doesn’t cheat on you? You already have faith in a lot of things, and thats the way things should be, faith is a profession of love and trust.
You already have the Gospels, read it and investigate its athenticity you will find a lot, take what he has given you.
You can’t just sit on your couch and wait for truth to reveal itself to you.

Well, she does prove that she exists. God could just prove that he exists and then have a relationship with me based on mutual trust.

Some documented ones. See also the second volume.

Contrary? He decides either to save a person from dying or not, you expect him to rescue everyone?
The high number of the miracles is a sign definitely but this is not all, research about Out of Body experiences and Near Death Experiences on internet.
            You’ll find much.

I did and it took me way closer to God.
How did you get away from it? Give a short account.
Have you seen the archeological findings sorrounding it?
Have you corroborated the original language manuscripts?
Have you analysed the datings of the Gospels?

Get away from it? I was never Christian to begin with. The Gospels are decent stories but Christianity proper begins with Paul and that’s an indisputable fact, the entire religion hinges on not Jesus, but Paul’s conversion

I have read and investigated them. They come up short of the truth

            Anonymous

Did you research the archeological findings in relation to the Gospels? Because they say a lot about the authenticity and historicity of them.
And did you find contradiction between them? You know how in historians determine the authenticity of written sources? They corroborate them to each other, if they are extremely close and word by word it means they are not original and copied each other if they were contradictory however it means the truth likeliness of the accounts are low.
So there must be a balance between these two. And thats exactly the 4 gospels lie.
Idk how your investigation made you see them short of truth.

You can’t see how my investigation would lead me away from the Gospels because your worldview is entirely dependent on them being the truth. Even if I presented why I don’t find them true you wouldn’t accept it anyway

This is the projection of a hard heart. The followers of truth have open minds. They allow their own creations to be destroyed because of their love of the cosmos. Don't be afraid to share your ideas.

Miracles never work. The Israelites saw both the plagues of Egypt and the parting of the Red Sea yet they were still b***hing to Moses about wanting to return to Egypt from the wilderness. These lessons are in the scriptures, yet atheists will scoff at the idea that they’re reprising yet another recurring role in the never ending stage play that is man’s relationship with God.

Of course I will scoff. What you're citing is a made up story designed to caricature Israelites who didn't share the author's religious views and you not only take it as fact but take it as a universal guide to human behavior. The idea that miracles never convince people is not even consisten with the Bible! Unless Elijah's contest with the prophets of Baal never happened. Or what about the one million times in the gospels that Jesus does a miracle and it draws more people to him? And the early chapters of Acts portray tons of people being converted by the apostles doing miracles, not to mention the wicked Paul being converted by a direct revelation from God. I could go on and on.

False because NDEs are unironically irrefutable proof that heaven really is awaiting us because (1) people see things during their NDEs when they are out of their bodies that they should not be able to under the assumption that the brain creates consciousness, and (2) anyone can have an NDE and everyone is convinced by it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U00ibBGZp7o

So any atheist would be too, so pic related is literally irrefutable proof of life after death. As one NDEr pointed out:

    >"I'm still trying to fit it in with this dream that I'm walking around in, in this world. The reality of the experience is undeniable. This world that we live in, this game that we play called life is almost a phantom in comparison to the reality of that."

If NDEs were hallucinations somehow then extreme atheists and neuroscientists who had NDEs would maintain that they were halluinations after having them. But the opposite happens as NDEs convince every skeptic when they have a really deep NDE themselves.

But pseudoskeptics never actually read the literature on NDEs since they are dogmatically certain that it can not be real. But when they do, they realize they were wrong and that the evidence is already there.
