Do you think hackers caused the shipwreck in Baltimore?

I think its a high possibility.

I think the right idea is to have the ships systems on a CAN bus and have the networking stuff on a totally separate Bus system. Then add a fused link between the two for easy separation. You would also need the ability to separate any programmable navigation systems or robust manual override.

you can have an independent network for navigation, propulsion and telematics system, but there will always be a gateway beetween them

Why the actual frick would a ship's steering and control system be connected to the internet? Are you saying that a "hacker" was present on the ship and took control that way?

They definitely have networking. Even some gay's rooted cellphone could have been connected to the wifi and hackers can root the ship from there in addition to the ship's WAN. The ships are electronically controlled via CAN network.

This has already been debunked. The steering and anchoring system is not connected to any system that can be accessed from outside of the ship and they run on separate power systems that never went offline. The anchoring system can also be deployed even with a complete loss of power (which never happened). Some woman was in charge and failed to deploy any of the safety measures to stop the boat from hitting the bridge. End of story.

There were two pilots from the port on board, too, who would have been overseeing the course out of the harbor.

They crashes because of a blackout and the backup systems not work, so the stuff which was maintained by the poojeets. Not much the captains could do anymore at this point.

The hacker known as DEI caused it.

This. The jeets will probably end up taking the blame even though the woman in charge failed to give orders for over 5 minutes while the boat rammed into the bridge.

But what really caused this? I'm baffled that they just had to watch their ship frick the bridge.

It happened in Baltimore. In Biden's USA.

Jews. They created the moronic economic conditions and cultural standards that demand inept foreigners and DEI hires access to technology they can't understand and with it they destroy the things White men built.

    >The competency crisis is real and DEI bears some of the blame for it
    >Lowering standards for minorities *will* cause problems -- not because you hired a minority, but because standards were lowered.
    >Authoritative figures lie all the time, so it doesn't matter at all if they say there's no evidence of cyber attack or sabotage.
    >I don't know for sure if this is true, but it's what I hear -- ships that enter and exit a port are ALWAYS boarded by and brought under the command of an agent of the port.

All in all, it's still a mystery how it happened. You can blame the Indian crew, the female port pilot, or hackers or whatever but the fact is you are just as clueless as the rest of us right now. Presumably there are entities that know exactly what went wrong but the probability that the public will ever get the truth out of them is basically zero. For some reason it became a matter of national security to prevent us all from knowing important things like, 'Why did this ship crash?'... 'Who exactly was on Epstein's island?'... 'Why is so much of our tax money going to Ukraine, Israel, who knows where else?'

    Thank goodness for whistleblowers.

What were some of the function names of the vault 7 leaks? Not the ones intended to plant cp on people, but the others.
