This can result in literally getting the download canceled and the script will check every one of the 8000 other videos, not giving you the videos until they come the second way around.
If you do a sleep 13s on the end of the loop or a sleep with a prime number the chance of the scripts starting at the same time is practically not existent and most of the time the scripts will fall into their own rhythm since most of the time they are checking for videos who are already downloaded.

Yeah, you're not doing that with a significant number of channels/twitters because you would get rate limited.
Even if you were, you can configure it to stop after it sees something it's already downloaded and move to the next one.
You acted like you would never have an account, but if you did, you can simply look at your subscriptions instead of looking at each channel individually in the first place.
Lastly, I have about a dozen automation programs going at any time, and hooked the errors up to something that alerts me of failures. A simple webhook would do. I would NEVER monitor them myself.
