He was repulsed by women, and was sucking off a married man…so does that answer your question?

Maybe, maybe not. He did get cucked though and was so pathetic his wife led troops in a battle over him.

        Speaking of his wife
        >Isabella Capet claims all of her brothers wives are also cucking them and none of their kids are theirs
        >Instead of just rolling their eyes and ignoring it this causes the Capet dynasty to completely shit the bed and collapse

How the hell would she even know if she was in England? Not like they had instant messaging and shit

Gay men had children even in the decriminalized secular world all the way up until the 2000s. Having a preference for men doesn't change that they can get it on with women just as easily, and somehow we've forgotten that that's a thing despite the angst of finding out your dad was gay 30 years ago.

The Capets are still around, though. Them and the Wettins are the only noble houses that actually lasted, even if the Hapsburgs and Romanovs burned brighter.

Didn't they stop being the ruling dynasty after that shit show?

The Valois are Capets, they're just not straight Hugh Capets. Same with the Bourbons, and at this point the head of the Bonapartes is a Bourbon too.

He had five children, one of whom was illegitimate, meaning he slept around with women.

So he was bisexual? Got it.

At the very least, but you need to show me something proving he was fricking dudes too since I showed you something proving he fricked women.

Being gay and having a wife and children are not mutually exclusive, one of his male lovers had 9 children

My post was a direct retort to the assertion he was disgusted by women, and proves that he fricked women. No one is saying that having kids = 100% straight. Of course there are homosexuals who go both ways.
That’s still rare, possibly more rare than just being gay, but now you have to show me something proving he had male lovers also. I showed he at least fricked women, now you have the burden of showing he fricked dudes too. So what proof is there?
If you don’t have proof that he was fricking dudes, like the lover admitting to it somewhere, then the safest thing is to assume he wasn’t bi.

They didnt have DNA tests in those days

None obviously, politically, you cant be the king when some dude is sodomizing you

The evidence sugesst that the two handsome young men who were his favourites were given large amounts of land (Peirs graveson got all of cornwall, for 'services to the crown'

Who cares about him having political power when he was overthrown and forced to abdicate. It seems like it’d be fertile ground to smear him and further justify his deposition if it were true, but it looks like it’s only kind of hinted at one chronicle, based on research between my posts so that’s obviously not something to rest on.

The whole reason for the revolt was he was acting gay and pissing the nobles off by handing land and power to his male friends

I guess he was definitely acting gay, at the very least I’ll concede that.

He spend more time hanging out with his French “friend” at his wedding than his wife. If he wasn’t gay, he sure was acting like it.

Do you think Edward laid in bed at night wishing Robert the Bruce would've ravished him like he ravished Bannockburn?
