Agreed. I had an interview with a school district, and they had 3, maybe 4 danger hair/troon types on the interview and they were just waiting with starry eyes for the diversity panel questions. Luckily you can just have some canned responses you can tweak. I was bummed when they went with another candidate, but then I saw What is A Woman and now I'm sitting here like, I just dodged a bullet. I would have had to work with the types of demented morons Matt was interviewing in that documentary. People who are basically involved in some ridiculous groupthink about SJW horseshit. And now every company is doing this, and nobody can speak out lest they get cancelled. So you have to hide your power level.
