You don't need to minimize. You want to bring up the app you want to use. Do that.

its okay bro i can enable it in gnome-tweaks along with my favorite GTK themes. the process is painless and makes GNOME devs seethe

Being honest, qt apps on wayland shit the bed constantly when minimizing, like clementine and strawberry that shrink when you use other apps.

fedora sucks, install ubuntu. fedora has broken packages and a bad package manager. it's so stupid. ubuntu just werks and has snaps (better than flatpak)

But Snap doesn't have Bitwig Studio.

is bitwig not garbage yet? i tried it ages ago and it was buggy trash

I'm going to install Fedora. Last time I installed this I remember some applications being installed as flatpaks. Do I still have to do this thing where I use GNOME Software to update those as well? Are offline updates still enabled by default?

The kind of change on his screenshot will break in 142 places for every nuadwaita app that isn't using strictly default widgets. If you're not a tinker troony who spend all their day theming, just don't.

    >Install firefox dev
    >Time to download a few extensions
    >Firefox extension installer gives an error, even though chrome-gnome-shell is installed by default
    >Install GNOME extensions, maybe that's the issue, well, that's not the issue
    >Fine, I'll use this extensions manager pajeet downloaded from flathub instead
    >Can't find it because fedora has its own repository of flathub shit and it's not there
    >Enable them manually
    >Install the extension manager
    >Alright, now we can look for extensions
    >Try to install one, it does nothing when pushing the button
    >Fine frick, I'll just use normal ass firefox and download extensions from there
    >Install GNOME extensions... extension again
    >No errors, that's promising
    >Finally see the usual ON/OFF slider
    >Press it, no popup, nothing, it didn't do shit

I know how to install an extension manually and I just won't bother anymore. This trash is out.
