      I mean even if you're born into a religious household you're still choosing whether or not you want to stay that same religion. I was born into a very devout Baptist household and my younger brother is actively pestering everybody to convert to Catholicism alongside him because otherwise "you all are going to Hell." I'm also no longer a Christian because of autists like my brother, which just further proves my point lol

      If you read https://sunnah.com/muslim:1050 and https://islamqa.info/en/answers/197942/soorat-al-ahzaab-was-as-long-as-soorat-al-baqarah-then-most-of-it-was-abrogated you'll go back to the way you were a few hours past, since they probably told you all about how the Koran is miraculously preserved but really two entire surahs only exist in quoted fragments, among other big textual problems

        Your argument was not effective.
        I already know that and that's not what I'm basing it on in truth.
        and before you say anything;
        yes haha, I know about the satanic verses, Muhammad and his shitty peon, the historical non-existence of mecca and things like that. I and others do not rely on this, as useless as it is to argue about it, I had a supernatural experience anyway. But anyway, I'm not going to talk about religion... I just don't like feminine religions

          But if Islam is true then this isn't a guide to truth...Muhammad at https://sunnah.com/bukhari:461 talks about how a spirit (Jinn/demon) came to him with negative intent, to get him farther from God.

            Dearest, I already know about the Satanic verses and how he performed in front of idols, you're not telling me anything new, believe me. I even know pre-Islamic Arabia.
            Anyway, I had an experience that wasn't "satanic" at all and I myself sometimes think I was moronic, but upon reflection it was, to say the least, strange. I have met Allah and I will not turn back.

            the Quran already says what happened, friend. Your own source reports this, and honestly, I know what you're doing... I'm not playing that game.
            You can call me what to say and disgrace Muhammad if you want, but I'm still amazed, fulfilled and at peace with what I went through, which is the greatest evidence I've seen in my entire life. Thank you for wasting your time with a heretic like me

            no.
            It occurred to me a while ago, almost a month ago, I officially converted this afternoon.
            And about my story, I don't think it would be interesting to talk, firstly, no one would believe it and I would be a laughing stock here, and things like that should be personal, right? Anyway, what matters is what I went through, the opinions of the masses are as utuue as progressive opinions

            You're the one who converted to a religion because of muh feelings and muh religious experience, rather than any actually convicing rational argument, very womanly behavior if you ask me.
            >it is not a good image for your religion
            People like you converting to Islam doesn't make your religion look any good, bud.

            >What game? We're just asking you to share your story.
            in truth no. I don't know if there is such a word in English, but it's clear how you (especially your friend) have a certain "debauchery" look. again, I'm a heretic and why does that matter? What hareges say is useless.

            >you are the one who converted to a religion because of a lot of feelings and a lot of religious experience, rather than any really convincing rational argument, very feminine behavior if you ask me.
            Many early Christians converted through religious experiences is not really a good argument. Anyway, as I already wrote here, I study Islam and I am studying it. even your problems that I never denied. and are you really talking to me about female behavior? If you are Catholic, I will no longer respond... it is extensively contradictory.
            I never said my experience was the only reason. But again, why care about a simple heretic?

            >People like you converting to Islam doesn't make your religion look good, friend.
            well, that being the case, we can say the same about the ancient Christians (mainly in early Christianity in Europe) who converted through practical events. or I can write a giant text about how incredible the examples we have of Christians today are...
            I haven't been to many mosques, but I've never seen female ordination or even gays being married, for example.

            >female ordination
            Actually no, incelism religion.
            See this;
            >women cannot teach

            Lol, so what is our role?

            There are many ways in which women can serve the gospel. Luke 2:36-38 mentions that Hannah prayed continually. No greater responsibility than prayer exists and women have an equal right with men to approach the throne of God in prayer.

            Women can teach. While she cannot have authority over men, a Christian woman can and should teach other women and children (Titus 2:3-5), and if she maintains a humble spirit, she can also help men better understand the Scriptures (Acts 18 :24-26). In the first century, women prophesied (Acts 2:17-18; 21:9), that is, they revealed God's will through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. Deborah, in the Old Testament, was a woman much sought after because of her wise advice. Timothy's faith was attributed to the influence of his mother and grandmother, both of whom were devout. Christian women must know the Scriptures and be able to humbly show what God's will is.

            My man Muhammad himself said a literal demon was giving him orders but he thought they were good, look at https://sunnah.com/muslim:2814a

            If you did experience something spiritual Muhammad himself right there tells you what kind of spirit encourages Islam. "Trust me the demon only tells me to do good stuff" is _actually_ what Muhammad himself said and I don't think I need to emphasize how that is the most sus thing a religious teacher could ever possibly say
