they're trying hard to make it so but unfortunately nobody is that keen on rewriting everything just because a troony was screeching about it. a week or so ago the US government made some statement about adopting rust into various systems to replace C/C++ but they didn't read the section of how it'll take at least 40-50 years to rewrite all of their code using rust. by that time rust will probably be dead and they'll have to rewrite in another new language. rust trannies are hilarious.
