Spent 2 ENTIRE months making this documentary.
90% of it is completely AI, and the idea is that it's a fully fleshed out full production use of AI that I'll do a full tutorial on, demonstrating every single tool I used to generate all the videos, images, and sounds.
the topic is Ye and Taylor Swift, so it's understandable you wont give a shit unless you're a fan of either of the two.
But the video is still fun and the tech used impressive; all cutting edge shit I had to learn from scratch.
Used a very comprehensive stack to make this one.
Let me know if you want the tutorial + any questions etc etc
seems this is gonna need a reedit
none of you are staying past 45 seconds
retention is awful
kek
>zoomies with no attention span
Boring video, but c'mon
>45 second intro of literally fricking NOTHING
>why everyone close video by 45 second
moron
This.
People skipped through the intro to see how long and it was and judge how fricking moronic the creator is by its length, and after finding it's 45 seconds they close the video and laugh.
after seeing these posts I expected the video to be like 2 hours long but it's literally 5 minutes lol
not watching a second of it btw
peak dystopian narrative with bleak black plain backgrounds. generate static backgrounds for your mattes at least.
high level of technical skill but definitely need to learn how to frame scenes and transitions for the intended effect.
watch films that have significant portions of narration at the start like the jerk to understand how to hook audiences
hmmm
ive done a video which was really successful narratively
really pulls you in
https://vimeo.com/502010003?share=copy
it's fricking rough weaving a narrative together that has elements of truth and bullshit then making it sweet enough for fastpaced online consumption, and doing it all alone
I'll try some new things out on this one and get back to you all
thanks for the feedback so far
This was way better than that AI slop. Tho, what was the think you haven't watched? Was just general popular movies or was it Blacked.
I skipped most of it but I was still bored by the 2nd minute
interesting enough, why swift and ye?
got a larger vision for this topic or starting on something else?
i'm interested in the tutorial
i just needed something to make with the tech.
Lots of people using stable diffusion + comfyui to do all sorts incl. 3D, bg removal, animation, etc etc with lots of flashy trailers but no genuine legitimate projects that arent proof-of-concepts to advertise their new ai powered production house lmao
if im gonna make something, and want enough people to see it in order to discuss it, i figured why not leverage america's biggest musicians,
and make fun of the incessant youtube documentaries at the same time?
i like ye's music a lot too, know a lot about him. taylor is alright. Not a fan but neutral on her
Also, my directing career is painful and lonely, and nearly all my friends have left the field
i think i just want friends who are interested in making cool stuff
the video in this is really AI generated? Like the window and the woman with the sheep?
no, not those parts
they are real life footage
generating that is not currently possible with open source tools
but you could do that with openai's sora if you're connected enough to get access to it
>90% of it is completely AI
thanks I will not watch it now.
and I legit thank you for letting us know, at least you're honest about it and not hiding it.
You wasted 2 months of your life, congrats anon.
This feels AI generated, none of it makes sense, or is aesthetically consistent.
This was moronic, but I am curious what 10% isn't AI. If I knew that I could tell how impressive it might be.
What's your goal
I should save this video because I know it's going to get a copyright strike, but at the same time I know it's all fake so I'd have to get a whole bunch of real information that I don't give a shit about in order to counterbalance the hallucinations you put together here.
