>Get fired from current job
>Start applying to any job, including my old job
>Interview for a manual labor job that I held there
>My interview then required lifting stuff so I would know what the job requires. Instead the interviewer gives me a few STAR questions
>Somehow don't stutter and give great answers
>Next day, get a rejection email
I don't even know the point anymore

Your old supervisor probably told hr not to hire you back
then why wouldnt they just give me the usual interview?
you're overqualified for the current role so they were looking for a lead role for you and you didn't cut it.
earlier stages of society were made with a hierarchal system to separate the gatherers from the hunters. shit should've been abandoned long ago frick this shit man.
>youre le over qualified xD
hire me anyway in THAT role dont look for anything better frick off
the HR woman probably had her eye on some other guy who looks a bit better
>the HR woman probably had her eye on some other guy who looks a bit better
lol, just looked at the posting. Its still up.
>you're overqualified for the current role so they were looking for a lead role for you and you didn't cut it.
I literally told them I was currently in back in college
Re apply & wear a fake moustache
That's fricking weird. Manual labor jobs don't do star questions
What are STAR questions?
The STAR interview method is a technique used to answer behavioral and situational interview questions in a structured and compelling way.0 It stands for situation, task, action, and result.12 Hiring managers ask behavioral interview questions to determine whether a candidate is the right fit for a job.1 The STAR method prompts job candidates to give specific examples of how they've handled past situations or challenges.0 It helps candidates prepare clear and concise responses using real-life examples. Some tips for answering STAR questions include using real-life examples, avoiding clichés, and being prepared for conflict situations.
Was it so hard for you to post it in your own words, Black person? I can already tell you are a lazy ass bum that min maxxes cutting corner no wonder they fired you.
>THEY ARE BAD I DONTT KNOW WHAT THE POINT IS ANMOYRE WAAA EVIL HR ROASTIEEE NOOOOO
>cant even provide two lines of text paraphrasing what he knows about star tests
reading comprehesion much, you illiterate Black person?
it's perfectly readable kek
Why would any of this matter for a manual labor job?
Yeah that caught me off guard but still told my star stories without stuttering. Normally it's just lifting some stuff to see that you can work manual labor
I wanna know too.
get off the office anon, work remote, do onlyfans, make some risky moves, even try to go neet, play p2e games, there's lot of variety on superverse and they are gonna keep pumping games. Theres.... hope.

>work remote

they were just looking for an excuse, you're just too moronic to notice

No
Fall back on a retail job
Yeah, I have a retail gig starting next week while I interview for jobs
Im on the same boat, honestly its getting kinda tiring. Im even making more quarterly profits with my AGRS profits than i make with most jobs because i cant even stay one month in any gig without getting fired and replaced with an inmigrant, it's... it's joever methinks bros
I worked in HR before. We hire base on personality instead of skills and competency. In 4 different companies its all the same.
Companies I worked in are
Norvatis
Johnson and Johnson
Alcon
Not telling you my current one
What type of personality traits are you looking for?
6ft tall and a good jaw at a minimum
Not yours.
Getting a job is tough these days and that's why I've now turned into a full time blogger, and I earn from monetizing via Adsense and Hydro Online
I'm also thinking of getting on Hydro Online since my revenue from Adsense got reduced significantly
Interviews for jobs are sort of like a black box you dont really know what factors are at play
If you are going back to your old job theres a 100% chance that the managers had a discussion about you and that has more weight than anything you do.
Typically if you get fired from a job they wont take you back because youve proven yourself to be difficult
Why wouldn't they just block me then? They check if an employee if rehirable. I use the same email and account
theyre probably covering themselves from discrimination risks and what have you. Im not fully read up on employment law but I do know that even if companies are deadset on promoting somebody internally to the role that needs filling they have to interview people anyway
its probably similar with fired employees. They probably are legally obliged to say they interviewed you
>theyre probably covering themselves from discrimination risks
Its not discrimination if its an ex-employee
It depends entirely on the companies recruitment policy.
If your company policy says that fired employees can be considered for rehire they probably have to ignore that black mark until after the interview process.
STAR is the fricking worst, I know the federal government uses that a lot, they were such boring interviews. The conversational/scenario based ones are the best. You get a question that's open ended, and your response reveals the depth of your knowledge. Google uses that a lot.
Just memorize a few popular questions with different examples
Anyway I have another interview with the company but at a different plant. If they pull that shit again, I might just sue
You have no grounds to sue if they considered you. Theyd just point to why you were a unsatisfactory employee and their hiring policies and you lose by default
>Youre not eligible for rehire
its that simple.
because you got fired
I didnt get fired. Thats why Im still eligible for rehire. But if they dont want me back just say not rehireable
Well I got another interview with the company. I have an interview tomorrow(different plant) and Thursday(plant farther away)
what kind of plantt?
distribution plant. The one I interviewed for today was an entry level job and the other one is a sales job but farther away
they just arent that into you
Interview today and another interview tomorrow. If I don't get neither job I'll stop applying
you should walk into the office with a gun and shoot the HR roasties in the head
