Buy one after the current one breaks
First for Casio STL-S300
This is my main one. I like it, she's a cutie.
I also got a G-Shock like yours in case I'm doing something where there's a high chance of bumping it into things.

Can confirm this to be the right choice for poor losers
I like solar and radio watches. Never have to bother setting them. Always precise on the second. Very comfy.
If you aren't 12 or a loser, get a Breitling.
why would luxury brands boast about any accuracy at all when 1M EUR watch is more shitty timekeeper than $20 casio quartz?
Name?
pretty sure thats the apel watch
Why do you waste money on israeliteelry?
Why waste your time on acquiring anything? Because its cool, i like watches like someone likes cars or model airplanes or even computers

I bought the cheapest Casio off amazon. Why would you ever need anything else?
There is a lot of cool digital watches, especially vintage ones - they were in many cases built to last - true metal cases and great functionality.
Todays digitals are cheap (its ok) but it is not what it was.
If you bought a cheap Casio from Amazon, you might have bought not even a Casio...

>battery life 28 days at best
dropped it like it's hot.
show me a smartwach with more battery at the same price or less.
Why would I need a watch that counts calories and shit?
Our ancestors and grandparents didn't need that shit and lived happier lives than us.
I want a device that shows me time and I never have to worry about it for years to come.
Do one job and do it well instead of doing multiple half-assed.
>t. an owner of F-91W that I wear to work where nobody gives a frick how you look
I thought for a second you wanted an actual debate but turns out you're just a pathetic 10 dollar watch advocate who believes having an innacurate featureless piece of shit from the 1980s makes you somehow superior
my bad I guess
don't @ me anymore
I'd really like a F-91W style watch that has a HR monitor. Obviously it eats into battery life but it's a trade I'm willing to take since HR readings have actual usable information.
Leave out all the useless calory counting shit and all that. No other tracking features, just HR. Don't even need a phone connectivity necessarily if there's a way to keep track on the watch. But for long term having phone connection would probably be good.
How do you use a HR monitor?
Follow resting HR and heart rate variability.
In real use it doesn't matter if your battery lasts a month or years. Unless you live in a mountain cave without electricity you'll always have a chance to load it up. I wouldn't want something that won't last a month.
Well that anon above just posted the hr monitor xiaomi. Theres also a casio with it.
Dont know why you need it so bad that youre willing to maje the battery trsdeoff though.
maybe you have diabetes or something.

>opt-out of botnet
You're too generous anon
I got the mudmaster
I mean yeah the compass is shit so dont expect much from the extra features
But if you got the means get yourself a seiko atleast tbh
I got my Pine Time in a few days ago and really like it. It's pretty simple, heart rate, step counter, notification/text message display when connected with Bluetooth (uses low energy spec too). Battery life is pretty good, I'd estimate probably 5 days on a charge even with max brightness. It's easy enough to see in the sun too which is nice.
The terminal style is just an option, you can do digital or analog as well.
Overall it's kind of niche, I mostly got it for the simple feature set and to try my hand at some development for it since it's an open hardware and software project. For 25$ you can't complain either way
I have one of these and I do like it. It has a bunch of features that I don't use, but it's a very reassuring thought to have a gps and global maps in the watch if I ever get lost innawoods.
Do a bezel and strap swap instead.
