i need help copying files from my android/data folders , recent adnroid 14 updates have made it impossible to access /data folders
Is there any way to access the folders using my pc or some shit like adb,and copy it to my pc,modify it, then paste it again in the former location

The path to mtp files on linux is fricky it's like /run/user/1000/... I forget the rest

you have to adjust the path to match your phone model
google store -> "share files over wifi" -> install -> run
i can do that but i have to paste the modified file again to the android/data folder
also i dont think we can share files from data folders
FX file manager paid version has this feature. It's my favorite Android file manager for years. It also never gets updated except for compatibility with new Android because it's already perfect.

If I understand correctly you want to copy the /data/* folders and not /storage/*/* folders.
This required either adb in root mode or a rootkit. If you have a userdebug ROM (not likely) adb root is good enough, else use Magisk, since adb it's self won't run in root mode, you'll want to tar the /data/* folder and pipe to stdout, like this: adb shell su -c 'tar /data/' >data.tar then extract. If you're on Microshaft Winblows I can't help you
