Help me ditch le shill lion

How do you change your profile picture in chromium without logging into a google account? I want to use separate profiles and apparently you NEED to log into a google account to change the pfp. Anyone knows how to bypass this? This unironically is the final step for me to ditch brave and switch to ungoogled chromium.

I got a snail mail from them saying "hello new Brave user" when they shouldn't even know my address because I never gave it to them. They are spying on you. They want you to buy their cryptocurrency. I don't want anything to do with that. I'd rather get spied on by Google who will leave you alone.

You're fricking moronic and have now idea how mass mailers work. And they don't necessarily want you to buy their crypto, they want to increase the amount of users they have so that they can attract more advertisers. So yes they want you to use their crypto program and use ads, but they don't want you to buy the shit. They earn money by serving you ads. You get a 70% cut in the form of basic attention token that Brave uses money from thr advertisers to buy from exchanges. And Brave keeps the other 30% in USD for themselves.

Brave is bad because it wants to be the new google and its strategy is to bribe users with shitcoins to watch ads. If Brave ever became a major force, it'd drop its 'don't be evil' ethics just like google did and be just as bad if not worse. You are dealing with a company that does not have your best interests at heart.

I genuinely love ungoogled-chromium and have used it for over a year. Are there any legitimate criticisms other than "my browser is better, because ... just because it is ok"

    oh no sistersd

why would you use ungoogled chromium anymore when librewolf exists. librewolf is probably the most based and privacy focused browser by default.
