What do I do if I refuse to lie? I try to be a moral person and I wouldn't be able to accept getting a job if I lied or even bent the truth. Is my only choice to become a monk?

        >What do I do if I refuse to lie
Effective lying is unironially one of the most useful skills for surviving in modern society. If you can't lie then you either need to be self-employed or be friends with someone who is equally moral, or NEET/monk, there's no other option

I'm especially not lying in writing on a resume or something, that would be too much.

How much of this bullshit requirements are there to filter out pajeets that straight out lie on their resume?

You're too innocent, anon. Unfortunately the chances are that whoever is going to take that job have lied on their resume as well.
Don't ask me how we reached this point in society that we have to straight out lie on our skill to get a job because I don't fricking know.

        t. embedded dev with 5+ years of experience currently employed, but hired by lying about its expert knowledge on C/++ (I had only 1 year in HS about that language)

I wonder if Indeed categorized it as an internship because the job requirements have “internship” in it, even if it says non-internship experience. Crappy algorithm.

What the frick is an SDIII honestly. It is all just bullshit terms that belong in a fricking RPG or video game. It gives off the vibe that promotions, titles etc. are like "level" that come with "experience" etc. and that people who reach a certain level "class change" or whatevs. In reality you can't categorize people like this. The only thing you should ask yourself when you hire some is: Can this person help us develop our product, and if so how. That's it. Some you invest in, some you want to plug and play. But I would never fricking hire anyone expecting "complex solutions to simple problems", I would hire someone expecting good solutions to fricking complex problems. And pay them depending on their results.
    SDIII, what a fricking joke.

If you rub your last two brain cells together to produce a worthwhile thought, you'd figure out that SDE III stands for "Software Development Engineer 3". This is by no means an internship position and OP is lying through his teeth.

And why should it! That is part of what I don't fricking get! These "classes" are incredibly stupid. I've organized my minions in a completely different way, and I don't divide them into roles. As manager I'm always open for people who want to work with me on other overarching stuff, or want to learn something or participate in something. And if you don't that is also completely fine.
I've seen what this type of divide does.
Was unfortunately working in a SAFe organization earlier. Had a guy who was doing architect work. No one else was architecting that part, or even could. He was extremely important for us, and for him to be able to do his job properly he needed to get info about other parts of the product, you know, like architects need. Luckily then that the architects did gather up in a big group and talk about that stuff. Unlucky for everyone that he didn't have the role of architect, and the head architect was a stickler for SAFe rules. So banned from the forum he was. Everyone of us was depending on him being able to do his work, which the head architect banned him from being able to do. And the funny thing is that both of those guys were on the same fricking team!
There is something about large organizations that attract bureaucratic parasites who know nothing but how to suck the life out of everyone around them.

      > globohomosexual corporation makes job ad completely unreasonable, attracting very few applicants
      > globohomosexual corporation goes to government and cries, demanding they allow foreign workers to come into the country to work for them. nobody in america wants to work! etc.
