You could probably build it very cheaply, there are many open-source imageboard "engines". Their main issue are the hosting costs for the ridiculous amount of traffic IQfy gets, perhaps in the tens of thousands of dollars. They dropped the ip counter because it's a completely useless statistic when 90% of everyone that uses this site phone posts anyway.
Phonegays IP only changed during the course of a thread if 1. they reset it on purpose or 2. the thread lived 24+ hours.

There is no good reason to remove this feature. Samegay accusations will continue and get worse, and now actual samegay/bots have to put in less effort as they don't need a pool of IP addresses anymore. It's clearly been removed for nefarious purposes and you're only cheering it on because you're a contrarian.

Long long time ago, we used to say that IQfy is all just one poster with the name Anonymous talking to himself. That's also why all good content was just copy/pasted. IP count has no reason to exist when IDs are already implemented on several boards, it's just a relic and worthless metric. IDs are also still way more anonymous than 2chan showing you the first two IP octets for every poster.

You could probably build it very cheaply, there are many open-source imageboard "engines". Their main issue are the hosting costs for the ridiculous amount of traffic IQfy gets, perhaps in the tens of thousands of dollars. It's unclear how the site even survived this long, considering the meager income from ads and passes.
2chan looks nice, unfortunately russians are insufferable and even though as a slav meself i can understand and interact with people there i don't see a reason why i should even bother, we have plenty of mental pidorashkas here.
But the IP counter is still there.
