Any Christians who does not keep the commandments and anything that they add above the commandments as necessary for salvation is a hypocrite. If they have the capacity to not do it, then they are especially grievous. If they do not have the capacity to stop, then why should you listen to them at all? They cannot subdue their own body, where even animals can, yet they think they understand higher matters? I was a Christian, and I found that fasting and other forms of discipline that were not masochistic made it immensely easy to not sin. That's why they have to delve into mind games and punish you for even feeling a certain way. If you're actually healed then you don't need them.
Christianity is about mercy. I'm sorry you've misunderstood that. But in order to even ask for mercy, we have to be aware just how broken we are. Then God can take over. Trying to take it all in your own hands and think you can go through some checklist of "good things" to do is going to end up in massive failure. Only God can take the wheel.

There are plenty of hypocrites, but the hypocrite is one without mercy. The one who is forgiven by God, but is merciless with others. That is straight from the Lord's prayer:

Seems like you are all taking about evangelical American Christianity. There's lots of other types. Including Christian nudists because several prophets in the scriptures prophesied nude.
We are all made in G-d's image and while G-d the creator isn't a person we are all fallible humans full of urges. Everyone is loved for exactly who they are. Its similar with Buddhism: you are already perfect even though you constantly change.
