If your site is html/js/css only then go with github/neocities/whatever free host out there

You could assign a custom domain with neocities/github, you just have to buy the domain yourself.
plus i dont trust github or the guy who runes neocities..
nope you need to pay extra for neocities or use Github which will remove you for anything controversial
not exactly ideal
the good thing about github/neocities is that even if you die, your website will still be out there for a while (or possibly even forever, who knows?). if you rent a host, skip payment and you're done. on neocities there's also the possibility of having your shit archived by datahoarders if the website ever goes under

Host it on Tor. (Own server in basement).
There's also the IPFS network where you can host your shit yourself, but I don't know how good it is anonimity-wise.
i think tor is cool and itd be cool to have a tor mirror for fun, but it definitely feels pretty slow compared to anything else
i wonder if trying to find some russian host would be a good idea they seem to just kind of do whatever
