When you wake up, dont try to slowly get out of bed, JUMP OUT OF THE BED.
This is how i cope as an ADHDgay.
The second you boot up a game or open an unnecessary webpage you have failed, when you wake up, your brain is fresh, keep it that way.
You have to hold onto that non-moron mode as long as possible, completely, that also means that the only system where you can possibly waste time on is your computer. Cripple your phone as much as possible.
You have strength anon, you can do it, you just need discipline.

A stopwatch or egg timer are good to keep you focused and from spending too long on something. Music players, fidget spinners etc. to stimulate you also help focus. Blocking distracting websites like LULZ with a browser extension, or firewall, or custom DNS, or simply your hosts file, can also help.
Also meds, or if you can’t get them unironically alcohol, though that’ll frick with your health and overall mood and you can get addicted.
