twm was already installed on the last 2 distros I've installed. Just had to add an entry for it in sddm.
twm is still standard with X.Org Server, and is available as part of many X Window System implementations.
which twm
kvantum for transparancy shit, theme it with meme colors like nord or whatever, custom CSS for firefox, make date and clock one line (haha you can't without making the toolbar an unusable size), install XFCE.
On xfce, I run without a titlebar and use gestures with touchegg (x11) to manipulate windows. Highly recommend if you are on a laptop, not sure about keyboard shortcuts instead of gestures. Bottom line, no title bar is comfy as frick.
What exactly do you want to change?

set everything to breeze-dark.

Nordic-Darker. Thank me later.
Good colors. No icons. No GTK or Qt programs. Bitmap(-esque) font.
By the way twm is an actual window manager from the 80s (that isn't even tiling), so you shouldn't use twm to mean "tiling window manager".
Looks good. What's the issue?
Looks fine to me, OP.
Rice dolphin a bit and you're good to go
