Ever been to Asia? Scamming is a way of life for them. From Egypt to India to China you can't walk down the street without beggars and scammers trying to lighten your wallet. In the US you might encounter a homeless washing windshields at a red light and demanding pay, but that's babby tier compared to the softcore mugging Asians do. Getting ahead by any means is how they function, ethics be damned.

In China for example, cheating was until very recently considering normal practice for college exams (success by any means). Colleges pushing back on that caused a massive uproar from parents who weren't disappointed in their cheating little shits, but angry that they're being punished for something they were raised to believe is ok.
But Japan also tolerates corruption as long as you keep it behind closed doors

I have literally never received a call from a white call scam center
I worked at one years ago. Sold auto warrantees and later health "insurance" they called it something else. An autodialer in new Zealand ran all the numbers, we just hit start and stop and plugged any data/sales we got into a db. It wouldn't be very interesting for a video.
