Just study scholarly stuff and practice athletics? You can easily do both.
you put a cherry on top by saying beginning to end charges the pleb
Plato live in a society where every citizen had to serve in the army. his philosophy is not applicable to modern western world
what philosophy would you say is applicable now?
the Bible
meds
Nope if you follow the ten commandments and just don't be a dick life is pretty swell. If you follow hack religions like raelianism or satanism you get inevitably punished.
You are following a hack religion. Your God has ten rules and half of them are about how jealous he is? And the other half are literally the basics that every civilization everywhere comes up with anyway? The worst part is you have zero self awareness. You are literally incapable of thinking what it would be if you were a different person or believed different things. I'm sure if you focus on always having good Karma or reaching enlightenment "life is pretty swell" too. How would you have felt last night if you had woken up that morning believing in Hinduism and Karma? I'm 100% convinced this exercise would be beyond your comprehension. It's all so tiresome.
What makes you so certain you can think what it would be like if you had a completely different perception and life-experience than the one you have,by the way you talk i dont think you can since you say some religion are "hack" unless you discard all religion which proves my point.
what makes you so certain this isn't me being upset about a specific point?

It's obvious. You know this if you weren't a newbie
I mentioned fitlit in the OP pic file name
Read 3 hours a day, calisthenics 4 times a week cardio 3 times simple as
Plato was a wrestler. You could always study philosophy and do wrestling if you want to be like him.
Prœnetically.
Lift and read. It's pretty simple.
Lifting doesn’t make you an athlete. It makes you a stiff moron with no flexibility or cardio who only looks like an athlete. With how much Plato hated fakery and strove for authenticity I think he would disapprove of lifting. He’s probably advise his fans to go for Boxing/BJJ/Wrestling/Muy Thai/Calisthenics.
Here's your flexibility, bro.
How is calisthenics more "authentic" than lifting. I understand that martial arts teach you something that's inherent to every organism on earth and is a valuable skill. But calisthenics is just moving your body around in weird ways just as lifting is picking heavy objects and putting them down (which is actually useful irl also)
You're completely ignorant about bodybuilding in the ancient world, so why are you speaking on the subject? Instead of dumbbells and barbells we lifted rocks, and of course we had exercises then that we don't do now. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xh_eiIXaYoA
