Inherit a bunch of investment properties from your boomer parents

Enjoy the poor house and spending 100% of your income on Rent/Bills/Food if your parents were morons and never bothered investing (This situation can only be avoided if you manage to get a top 10% income job, GL with that)

This applies to a lot of oz then. The lucky few with defined benefit pensions won’t leave much either

Idk man, maybe its because im a wog, but my parents are in their 60s and most people in their friend circle all own like 5-10 houses each all paid off that they bought back in the 1970s/80s/90s

Utter bullshit ato says only 0.8% of investors own 5+ properties. It’s about 19k people total

Most wogs would have a wog family trust that owns the properties rather than owning them personally.

Correction: 19,000 single male anglos own 5+ homes

190,000 wogs own 5-10 homes each not in their name because none of them want to lose their age pension

Australia will be the most Socialist country in the world soon by 2030, so you have 6 years to get rich, if you dont youll be fine just have to sign a million year contract(they still own you when you dierr) and youll get UBI and free housing

    Camel farm.

Government will literally pay you millions to remove as many of the feral camels as you can, you can probably get millions more in subsidies and grants for putting them in old cow paddocks because the local governments all want to look like they are tackling climate change and cow farts are literally sinking Tuvalu or some shit. Arabs will pay you millions for beautiful camels, Indians will pay you million rupees for the camel meat, Australian sporting companies go through millions of tonnes of leather a year to keep up with the demand for running shoes, cricket balls and so on. Meanwhile Melbourne hipsters will spend $20/L for their milk (see: https://www.camelmilkco.com.au/shop). Plus you could probably leverage some sort of dodgy immigration scheme to import all sorts of Middle Easterners for like $100,000 a pop since there are no qualified camel herders in Australia, so you'd be printing money like the universities do too.

Sadly every other c**t here will just tell you to invest in some doggy coin or head to the mines.

My city had the cheapest energy on the planet in the early 90's. It now has the most expensive energy on the planet. Or at least it did a few years ago.
Hard to say exactly what's gone wrong with Australia, but women, foreigners, israelites and aboriginals have all been putting in real work ruining this place.

The PM recently announced a plan to build 2700 houses exclusively for aboriginals in the shittest state in the country. He said the budget for this will be $4 billion. It feels like we're rapidly becoming the most moronic and gayest form of communist hellhole imaginable and no one is even bothering to explain why. Nothing makes sense, no one's happy about anything, everything is getting worse. Indians are everywhere.

why did you choose to omit that he's also building 9000 houses for non abbo's in that same state

He's importing a lot more than 9000 Indians who will drive up housing demand to the same state

Are the 9000 other houses part of the same $4 billion budget? I just heard him talking about it on the radio, I might have missed something.

The meta for the common person for the last 20 years has been

    >Get a 100-300k year job
    >Buy a house(s) that requires some minor work
    >rent them / negative gear them
    >use increased equity from increasing the house value from minor renos + capitial gains to get more houses
    >rinse & repeat
    >???
    >profit

Now I would say the meta is to get a WFH job or FIFO job and live somewhere cheap while investing the money.

The optimal play is to just get the highest paying job you can and just buy crypto (BTC/ETH). This country is on the decline and the coming decades will be grim for those that don't already own at least 1 property (or have a close to paid off mortgage)

Honestly guys... here comes the spoonfeed. But I probably owe you for the linkpill early 2020.

    1. Get a high paid job through tech, mining/resources or a decent trade. Contract out, use an ACN or a sole trader ABN.
    2. Minimise your tax by taking the absolute bare minimum you can to survive as a wage and leave the rest in your company. ABN skips this step but you'll eventually want to upgrade to ACN.
    3. Zero our your ACN tax by investing into a project WITHIN YOUR CONTRACTING FIELD that will eventually turn more money. Use the R&D rebates as aggressively as possible. Keep cycling this until the turnover is crazy.
    4. Use your super for retirement investment, and even though it's wildly expensive as you start out, use a self managed super fund. Crypto exists mind you, so you'll be over the cost hill pretty fast. Split as much as you want into the ACN if you / once you take this route as described above for additional liquid capital.
    5. Congratulations, you now have that true blue ridgey didge wealth.

It's what they want you to do, that's why it's all set up this way. Because you'll make more jobs and those wagies will pay the ATO hand over fist. And then, if all that fails, you can always pull a loose as frick not-for-profit meme.

Sorry step 3 should have said ABN/ACN. If ABN then you ABSOLUTELY MUST be re-investing in your line of work. ACN is a lot more flexible.

If you are working class with nothing to inherit, you're gonna struggle here unless you plan to go rural.

      >If you are working class with nothing to inherit, you're gonna struggle here unless you plan to go rural.

This is what worries me, I think we're going to turn into those countries that have beggers begging all over the place, mostly young/kids begging, and the begging will become normalized.

NEETbux isn't enough to keep up with the rate of inflation and not everyone is going to inherit properties and if they do it will be sold and split between a few siblings.

        Anonymous

Yeah I can honestly see that happening.

        >im on NEETbux due to losing my job ~5 months ago kek

The way its going I can almost see cities being flooded by boomers/kids with rich parents (usually Chinese) and the standard Aussie being either forced to go semi-rural or leave the country. I already have mates that have left Australia because its just not worth it here anymore.

Australia is not the paradise everyone thinks it is unfortunately.
