That's just on cell phone networks. Before fiber internet was in my location I was abusing the frick out of that using tricks to spoof connections to a proxy plus a VPN as connection to Facebook.

OP here, post your real internet speed, not the one you get from your ISP's server you dumbfricks.
My promised speed is 50MB/s but I only get half in real life as you can see in pic. But I get 50 on speedtest.
My ISP's server is closest to the real speeds I get with good multithreaded downloads. Other servers won't give a good example. When I download from usenet I can exceed the speed in the screenshot by quite a bit but it's using a lot of threads.
I only get ISP promised speed if the servers are hosted locally in my country or if contents are hosted on gayMAN servers. I mean it's good for normies but as you can see I need my hentai games hosted in Romania.

Not every server can or wants to deliver max speed, and peering isn't perfect to everywhere
