I had a prof who would include stuff like this on exams to encourage people to go to class. >on Tuesday the 15th of September how many students were in attendance >select the answer given to you during seminar 7 >what nursery rhyme was part of the warm up
It was an interesting way to reward/penalize people when attendance was not mandatory but "recommended"
Yeah my calc teacher did something like that also, each quiz he'd write down numbers on the blackboard and one of them would be just enter it so you always got at least one right if you bothered to go to class.
not the guy but he should still be fired. this has absolutely nothing to do with the exam and any points that are given for this question are unfair points

Hmm interesting. I personally didnt go to class and lost those points but at the time it seemed reasonable enough. A couple freebies if you show up and knowing you take a little hit if you don't. In the grand scheme it didn't affect much either way unless you were an edge case where its fair for that bit of effort to be the determining factor
It'll be like 600€ when I'm done, 5 and a half years of studying.
I'm gonna immigrate to the US with zero debt from my practically free socialism sponsored degree, make 150k a year and take your job. Seethe and cope.
All that money you saved will go to waste. Becoming a US citizen the traditional way costs like $50k. Plus if you go to the ER that's a $2000 bill even with insurance, that you have to pay for separately.
Its not too bad 14,000 for a BSc. Got the first year free and since I'm 1/36th Maori to a wealthy iwi(tribe) I'm gonna be getting a 2k scholarship and there are heaps of scholarships for Maori people in NZ. A student loan is interest free and I pay a fixed 12% of my income on it. I'm pretty sure I can get it down to 5K before I'm done with my degree.
I studied for free
I didn't go to programming, I went to programs

Your professor should unironically be fired for including those questions in the exams.
It was just 1 or 2 questions per exam not anything substantial

>be me
>french and poor enough so that uni is free
>and the government pays me 300€ a month to go to uni
nice. that's like... 60 algerian prostitutes
4 years of my life fighting for ZOG minus the stipend.
I pay like 600€ a year. This mostly covers the cost of administration and library. When you self-study, it is almost free.
>9k is alot of money for school
I knew a girl who went to a private high school that costed more than that; in 2009 dollars.
>American University is cheaper than my 3rd world uni
