How much we want to protect a women's sport from trannies is proportional to how attractive the participants are. No one gives a frick about trannies in the WNBA, if anything it would be an improvement. On the other hand we have women's tennis, the pinnacle of which was Anna Kournikova, and that other girl with the nice butt. After that, the sport went into a long "dark age" from which we are just now beginning to emerge. It would be an aesthetic disaster ushering in a new dark age if troons were allowed to compete. Same for pole vaulting, beach volleyball, curling, golf, gymnastics, soccer, etc. Swimming is sort of a grey area, which is probably why Thomas didn't get that much pushback.
