The Bible
The bible is human affirming despite original sin, which is seen in Christ's atonement.

You ever read the last book where everyone who doesn't believe it burns in hell forever
It affirms that every human is created in the image of God and intrinsically good. All evil humans do is accidental in character and draws them away from the source of good which is God. Jesus gives us the hope of overcoming it and which reveals an optimistic view of humanity.
Rev 3:21
>21 To him that shall overcome, I will give to sit with me on my throne: as I also have overcome, and have sat with my Father on his throne.

Original sin is the corruption of the original justice given by God to man in Genesis and is therefore accidental in origin. Jesus gives us ability to overcome this corruption and return to God.

And what this book views as "evil" is not immediately accepting that some random guy far away that die forever ago was the real god in the flesh
