    You might just be reading the wrong stuff. Find something you actually want to read, try some fantasy or scifi, whatever you are into.
    Also just focus on building up slowly over time, aim for small goals, 10 pages a day, build up from there.

    Try putting aside time everyday dedicated to reading one chapter or even just a few pages, and gradually increase the amount you read each sitting, or just fricking have a nice day

        Any advice? I love running and I really liked when I could run 10+ miles 3-4 times a week but I kept injuring my knees or Achilles tendons. Should I do strength exercises to build up resistance? Cycling, supplements? I have a lot of stamina and can push myself, but maybe that’s why I would over exerted myself?

          You're probably hitting the ground too hard. Run barefoot a bit, you'll see how you cannot heel stomp barefoot, which is what causes your knee pain

            I make a conscious effort to do a mid strike whenever running, and I overpronate on my right knee which either makes me overcompensate on my left knee or over correct and hurt my right hip. I get that we all have a natural running form, but I’m actively trying to correct bad habits and getting hurt in the process.

            Also, I’ve tried doing slower-tempo runs while keeping my heart rate in the lower zones to improve my stamina, but I find my endurance wears down fast when my foot is making too much contact with the ground. Suddenly my knees are feeling the rounded pressure from the strike, my tendons are having to tense up longer, and I push off too much with my ankles.

        Yes that happened to me before after a week, but apparently it only happens once and then your body adjusts to not cooming. So once is worth it

          I guess we're built different then. When I tried going nofap I ended up cumming in my pants on a daily basis (sometimes even twice in a single night). I dropped it after 20 days (the nocturnal pollution started around day 8-9).
          Now I jack off once every 3-4 days, and never on porn. I find it very manageable, and this regimen seems to offer the same kind of benefits offered by full nofap.

    Try listening to audio books while doing something mundane that doesn't require much thought or focus. During my work day I'll listen to audio books and it's helped me catch up on my reading.

    Personally I have your same problem, Ive found out that leaving your phone/tablet in another room does wonders.
    Also try to get used to jack off on fantasies.

    It's not difficult to cram a few pages a day. You'll be surprised with how much you can read if you transferred that time spent on social media and watching porn.
    You also have to grab a book that has your interests.

      This vexes me, in fact the person vexes me. I can understand a text perfectly well without having to summarise at such a pointlessly regular interval as the paragraph unit. There are some texts for which this simply would be a waste of time, not to mention utter superficiality in some cases to believe that a paragraph could be summarised. If this helps people, fine, power to them, but the whole idea of “how-to-study-efficiently” tips tend to irk me because often it is a highly personal thing, dependent on the type of intelligence you have. And the type of people who suggest it in my experience tend to be great at gaming the academic system, technically great but lacking passion that inspires people outside the classroom. The greatest sin of all is that their methods usually manage to suck the fun out of reading and learning, except perhaps for themselves somehow, blissfully content with their never-ending summaries, flashcards and mnemonics.

    Start doing some simples stuff to change. Here's some I tried that worked for me:

    >delete social media from celphone, only use them on desktop
    >have 20min/day to lie in your bed and just think about your life, without any external stimuli
    >exercise (don't need to be working out tho, can be anything you like)
    >take vitamin D and omega 3 supplements
    >stop eating while using your celphone/pc
    >limit 90% of your gaming (preferably 100%)

    What you're gonna want to do is get rid of opportunity. Im serious stop having me internet at home I'm serious. Cut your wifi chip out. Go to the library/work if you need Internet otherwise download shit to read and leave it. It's not a matter of habit anymore you fricked up on that front, just avoid access amap.
