I used to be a hardcore Linux user and into ricing my setups in late 00s.
Then I moved on to vanilla KDE and learned to live with defaults because I was so tired with fondling with my dotfiles every time.
Now I just use Windows LTSC because it's less bothersome for using generative AI software. I also bought Synology because, frick, I now have more money than patience in this point.
I can totally see me becoming a Mac user when I'm over 40.
