It’s sometimes hard to really work something out if you can’t write anything down though. I work at a warehouse job so no way to do that. Still I try to think and workout the plots and themes though nonetheless
If they don't let you use your phone you can get one of those small moleskine notebooks and write random thoughts and ideas in it throughout the day. Just don't lose it or you might reveal your autism to your coworkers.
Bullshit, it all comes down to self discipline. I currently have two jobs and i'm still writing, my third book will probably come out later this year or early net year.
My main gig is working at a seafood processing factory during the day. Then a couple nights a week at the local KFC. It's not glamorous but it brings in money.
i feel like i'm much more productive with writing since getting a full time job. i write saturdays and sundays and spend the week making notes so i'm prepared and know exactly how the scenes should go when i sit down to write them. before, in neetdom, i forced myself to sit down without a plan really and mostly stared into space and felt bad. progress felt way slower. i also have a shitload of money now. i'm rich as frick.
>Got a job >work hard show up every day commit myself to it >finally making something of myself >store has to close because rent increased too high >back to being a NEET
Now you have money to have someone ghost write for you instead.
I just got a job too.
If its a boring job it gives you time to think
this, nothing gives you better ideas than hours of monotony
