I just didnt show up one day.
The clowns expect me to work hard when they constantly payout days late, and wouldnt provide the proper training and equipment neccessary for the work at hand.

Typical zoomer move. They prefer to run from a problem at first sight instead of talking to their supervisor like a normal adult would.
>I still live in the fantasy you can just look someone in the eye and sort things out like Jordan Peterson tells me
In business speaking out gets you targeted, constructively dismissed or outright fired (for something they made up). Everything is hyper feminine, territorial and psychotic, if you have no power to change things you at least have the power to frick off.

Staying and trying to be the person who fixes someone else's broken company (read: you aren't getting a payday) is the gayest cuck shit you can possibly do.

yeah read OPs post - what company pays you LATE? Lol. This is not some actual big corporate job with an salary. This is some under the table shit OP was doing most likely.
I'd run too, sounds miserable.

My employer hasn't paid me on time in months, but we're also slowly circling the drain of chapter 11 bankruptcy. I don't work very hard.

If you're serious and have documentation get a lawyer. That's literally an easy win
I got an extension to my probation instead of the full-time position that was promised to me and I'm still stuck with the same hardass boss. Should I just say frick it and be jobless for a month to jobhunt elsewhere?
You should have been doing interviews anyways

You emotional little b***hes are the same ones signing up for the military to "defend freedom" and "be a man". A job is a place that pays you, if they don't pay you on time you leave and stop trying to be a fricking homosexual who "fixes" a mess you don't benefit from. Nobody actually does the shit you're talking about, go back to Plebbit where contrarian girls like you are accepted.

>U-uhh boss man, I haven't been paid yet and I need my money now to pay rent todays the 1st. >Lol sure lemme investigate with HR should take only a week. >B-but I need it now to pay rent and my car note, if I dont pay it I face eviction and my car will get repossessed. > Tough shit kid, not how this works, now put on your work boots and respirator, I had to pull A LOT OF STRINGS to get them to hire an 8 year old.
as an employer it takes a lot for someone to get fired. i give so many chances and ignore a lot so you are probably a lazy piece of shit who probably deserved it. enjoy unemployment while it lasts loser
yep, I speak it from personal experience. got fired from a company with 30 employees and then I was hired from a company with more than 3k employees. I went from hell to heaven in a question of months. avoid startups at all costs , it should be your very last option.

Personal experience, the larger companies are much worse when it comes to rumors spreading. Especially amongst their competitors. i.e. your coworker finds out your dating a client, that shit spreads to the office, and they know people from your competitors so they know, and people they know. With smaller companies it's just a few people

In my personal experience the politics at big companies is more dangerous. If you have the personality that lets you rot around doing nothing for pay where you'll never learn anything or progress further or make more money in your lifetime, then big companies are perfect. If you actually want to do something more, startups are the only way beyond making your own.
But yes, startups are their own kind of hell as well.
You are completely full of shit
most managers are pussy homosexuals that
Will fire you for not being a Good ole boy
I worked power generation for almost 20 years. I was a machinist and high pressure welder I went back and finished my BSME
Management fricking hated me
I was fired for essentially being friends with the crafts
Meanwhile multiple members of management whose father’s shared wives at the huntin’ camp had jobs for life
I was PIPed for 6 months never missed one day and finished my shift when my mother died
I was fired from the next company for finishing jobs I was not actually suppose to finish
What ever the frick that means
I bet you suck HR bigger dick and beg them to fix your management problems when you’re to intimidated to lead
I’m on the firing line in two months, fricking scared man I got no money to save up until then and am pretty much fricked if I don’t have a job lined up by then. Will lose my house and everything.
I got an extension to my probation instead of the full-time position that was promised to me and I'm still stuck with the same hardass boss. Should I just say frick it and be jobless for a month to jobhunt elsewhere?
Based. I once got "fired" (never put back on the schedule) because I asked for a day off two week in advance. Ever since then whenever I want a day off I just don't show up, and when HR gets mad I say I was sick.
I've been fired twice and told my last employer to frick off and pay me out of my notice period. I've made about £15k from leaving jobs. I know it seems bad now, but it doesn't mean anything. By the third time i laughed as I walked out.
>got fired from a tech startup last year >I was already working for 2 different companies in different time zones... for like 4 hours total a day >staying loyal to companies is just PAJEET BS
Depends heavily on location. I have 1 year of exp at m$, another year of exp in 2 startups, a master's, fullstack, cloud and deep learning experience both pro and academic. Still can't find a job in cucknada and amerilard companies no longer know what a TN is and freak out if I don't show them a copy of my h1b before coming in.
I've started trying and I'm enjoying a very high callback rate right now, hoping to land something soon. They pay quite a lot less but the cost of life is also less and quality of life is higher, so it seems worth it to me.
are you angry?
Nope it paid shit anyway
I'll manage, god willin'

that's true for big sized companies, small startups on the other hand...
This. Someone doesn't like your face, you better believe you're out the door with no advance warning even after the brightest performance review ever.

Welcome to the club. The only jobs out there are entry level retail or grocery store jobs. They made us get comfy WFH and took it away from us.
