The last phone I had was the OnePlus3T and the camera was disgustingly bad but who cares in the end.
I think I prefer an SLR camera to one on a phone if it adds $300+ to the cost of the phone. When a phone becomes unusable across all networks it should be recycled, the camera shouldn't be a reason to keep it unless we are living through post apocalypse.
Why are phone cameras such shit? They look AI generated if you allow post processing but the RAW files look grainier than a wheat farm even in shots taken in direct sunlight.
