2011 - 128gb
2015 - 512gb
(2019 - 1tb) didn't buy one, but for scaling
2024 - 2tb
So capacity you get for the same money doubles every ~4-5 years. In around 15 years SSD's will probably cost the same as HDD's if the scaling continues and HDD prices would stay the same.
