Her essays "Cults and Cosmic Consciousness: Religious Vision in the American 1960's" and "Theater of Gender: David Bowie at the Climax of the Sexual Revolution" from Provocations were interesting reads, but seemed like exercises in anthologizing aspects of the 1960s rather than exploring their significance.
Other than that, it seems like Paglia has abandoned serious writing for political squabbling, a choice I'd be perfectly fine with if she was a serious political thinker, which she isn't.
Her shift is really a shame seeing how amazing Sexual Personae was. Her books Glittering Images and Break, Blow, Burn were decent introductions to art and poetry respectively, but again didn't show off any of her power or insight as an analyst. While I love Paglia for her intellectual eclecticism, drawing on everything from astrology and the I Ching to Spencer and Shakespeare to Warhol and Tom of Finland to Hendrix, the only book where she balanced eclecticism with coherence was Sexual Personae.
