The only thing shown to be accessible is astral projection and lucid dreaming which you can just learn on reddit. sometimes after practicing meditations for a long time you MIGHT be able to get hallucinations, but these will not be under control or predictable. And it’s likely that people who are able to naturally induce hallucinations have hyperphantasia. All of this will be much more difficult if you don’t naturally have that, and if you aren’t already susceptible to delusion you probably will not get to the point where you think your astral projection is real. If you are naturally delusional then on top of astral projection you can learn telepathy and how to read people’s auras, but if you every try these things on other people who aren’t easily suggestible to, have hyperphantasia, easily hypnotized etc it will not work. Self hypnosis is also a thing but again you have to have natural aptitude for it.
Basically I recommend inventing your own methods to frick with your mind. Staring at clocks for extended periods is something I’ve experimented with to try and invent new kinds of alchemy
