There's no contradiction between knowing what choice a agent will make looking at an event outside of time and the agent making the choice in real-time.
If there's only one possible way it could've gone. Then it's not a choice.
The omnipotent one is outside of time, so it doesn't go anyway for him, it just is. Inside of time, you make choices as they come at you. That God knows doesn't change that you are making your decisions.
It's not the only way things could have gone, it's the way things went.

I can record the super bowl, and then watch it so I know what every player does. If I watch it again, this doesn't all of a sudden mean that I controlled the players or it's my fault what they did. You're not making any logical sense.

One's attraction to serotonin and dopamine does not give them the 100% inability to choose against obtaining it. A person could always just kill themselves, for instance. If they had no free will in the matter because of serotonin, then it wouldn't be possible to head off the situation by killing yourself.
