you just need to have sex. once you have sex you'll stop twitching, you'll stop stuttering, you'll walk normally, you'll stop craning your head constantly to check your surroundings for lord knows what.

I’ve had regular sex and girlfriends my entire adult life and have crippling panic disorder. People like you don’t have a single clue what real anxiety looks like. Not a fricking clue

      Heavy squats and overhead presses

This. You have to start lifting and/or running. Maybe read 12 rules for life too.

      Alcohol or meditation should help

      >alcohol
Increases anxiety. Worst thing you can do
      >exercise
If you’re able. If you’re too anxious the increase in adrenaline and heart rate will trigger a panic attack. Again, clueless. And now you’re embarrassed and you’re going to go “wow you can’t do that what a pussy.” Clueless

Not books, but a therapist preferably one that knows CBT.
Guidance is key here, and they are better equipped to help you than we are.
Sex won't make your worries go away, it might make it worse. Relationships can bring added stress to life.

I was depressed given similar advice to what you're getting. To just have sex.
But in my depressed state the first girl I attract is also depressed.
And with 2 depressed people Our relationship was rocky for months, that was until therapy. I wouldn't do it again, it was rough because she did not want help.

I hope you do want it badly enough to find a professional.

I believe that fantasy or the phantasia of the semi-conscious mind is the most important vector, aesthetically speaking. All of my fictional work comes out of the anima or that part of consciousness just beneath rationality. All of my texts–like Kratos or The Fanatical Pursuit of Purity, for example–are dreams.

My view is that immersion in dream-like or solipsistic material that has a different rhythm or vibration will turn Caucasian wimps into cultured neanderthals. For what is required is an attitude to life which goes forward towards the great noontide, open-armed, in the manner of the sun-worship at the end of Herman Hesse’s The Glass Bead Game.

Truthfully, in this age those with intellect have no courage and those with some modicum of physical courage have no intellect. If things are to alter during the next fifty years then we must re-embrace Byron’s ideal: the cultured thug.

Not sure, OP, but speaking as someone who's always tense, nervous and worrying, getting into reading real books and making that part of my identity did help me. Probably less about what I read than just building confidence, resolving the contradiction between my self-image as a smart person and the reality of just being some nerd who could only talk about videogames. Finally getting a good job helped more. Lifting, getting pussy, wearing better clothes, committing to interesting hobbies, anything that makes you objectively less of a loser is going to help convince your brain that you're not a loser. Which should be blindingly obvious, really, except that modern society tends to frick up the social status module in people's brains. I've been assuming that you're a loser btw, if you're not you might just need therapy or something.
