I've tried to read a few of his books, and find their analysis of things through this very narrow Hegel/Marx/Lacan lens to render them essentially useless. Maybe some of his lighter works allow him to actually cover more ground and prove a bit better. Other than that, he's just a funny charismatic eastern european character with the curse of an overactive brain. I'd rather hang out with him than read him.
