Is it a thing for failed academics (i.e postdocs and adjuncts that couldn't get tenure) to self publish their independent research

The blacks in America have suffered a lot under racism from the time they were first brought to that continent as slaves by their British masters. The tale says that a Belgian adventurer came to Louisiana to visit a local planter, after asking for the race of his pigs, the race of his horses, the race of his cows, the race of his pigeons, he turned chestward to a half-naked hunching Black picking carrots from the ground and said: "And what kind of race is this?", he asked the planter. "This is an Elphis Barrin, strong race, great BBC, good for fighting against other Blacks."
They spent noon hunting birds in the swamps and then, in the evening, the planter took him to a local wrestling fight of Black folks. The two Black folks stepped on the ring, the arbitrer blowed his whistle and the brutal tournament began. "Take this, you stupid Black, here's that, you dumb fricking Black person." The one ended up killing the other. The loosing planter and all the other participants lost their bets, and the other planter returned home with 20 bottles of whiskey and several dollars in his pocket.
This is how black against black racism began, legend says. During the American Civil War, blacks went to war, not to liberate blacks but to kill other blacks. In fact, all the Black freeman got killed by other Black folks during this war. Thus, the misery in wich the Southern Black found himself during the Jim Crow laws was entirely due to Northern Black folks who had taken the time and the opportunity of wiping out the competion when killing Black folks was an act that knew no reprehension or consequences.
During the Jim Crow laws, Northern Black folks conquered plots of land in the South formerly owned by Anglo-Saxon planters who however at this point had become more Black than their slaves. The Northern Black folks executed them and took their harems of negresses too. A new upper class of Black folks established itself that grew in numbers every day and they treated their serf Black folks worse than a Black treats another Black. But these events did not go unnoticed to the Southern whites, inhabitants of the cities and they did everything possible in their hands to liberate the serf Black folks from the oppression of the ruthless conqueror Northern Black folks.
The oppressor Black folks did not like this and left the South, because they hated the serf Black folks. They decided to sell the land to the whites. Left without property and money, the serf Black folks became hateful against the whites.
Maybe it has now become evident to the reader that the events that lead to the catastrophe of the 1960s were entirely the result of black against black racism, but the stats nowadays don't seem to show any progress. 190% of killed Black folks were killed by other Black folks. Hopefully a good government will change this statistics to show some white people in these acts of cruelty too, and the most honourable police officers run day and night to make justice in this never ending case of black against black racism in America.
