You can reach out to the drone builders in Ukraine and tell them of your products and prices and see if they want to buy, or better yet, bribe your local politicians so they have the military buy them from you and give them to Ukraine. Military-grade drones are more expensive than you can afford in startup costs. Also high risk because contracts are extremely cutthroat and if you don't win the bids for government contracts your company goes under.

When you bid for a government contract you're not allowed to sell your product to anyone else whilst at the same time the government will take its sweet time deciding whether or not to actually buy your product. If you really want to work with those guys you need to have the patience and resources to wait for their answer which could take years.
They have already made it so average people can't use drones. It's all going to be controlled by corporations and governments in the airspace to spy on you and deliver Amazon packages. The FFA is cracking down hard. Just flying a cheap china drone will eventually be banned and can rack up hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines. It's treated like real aircraft now.
Soon antidrone tech will be a better pivot for profit. I have several uncles working at Nintendo and Sony doing research.
