I spend most of my day, from 1pm to 10-11pm on my PC, i draw for half of that time, and the other half is spent playing games, whenever my legs start to hurt from sitting too much i get up and stretch
but im a smoker, i drink often, i drink an ungodly amount of enerydrinks and coffee, wear glasses, and im overweight, ive lived that lifestyle for years and only did problems show up after i gained weight and started smoking
the problem isnt the hours spent on my puter, its the other things that make my life miserable, so if you maintain a healthy lifestyle you shouldnt have a problem

the thing about young generations is that they spend their time on their PHONE, which is arguably worse, since theyre limited to getting their information from TikTok, they get shorter attention spans and most of mobile games are also made as short term content. I used computer for 12h every day and it taught me skills that now allow me to live comfortably, without ever worrying about money, with little of actual time spent doing my job. And that's just work, computers also give me a lot of hobbies, made me interested in music production, and more.

I spend 13 hours a day wearing a VR headset for the last 5 years. Up to 24 hours on the 4 days a week I don't work. Only come off for very basic chores sometimes or to shower. Get on my level
VR with lenses that make the image appear at longer distance, might be actually less harmful to you in the long run than sitting on your ass and staring at monitor 50cm from your face.
