Is making a fictional story for adults or to have adult themes pretentious and stupid? Or is if possible?

I think at this point most of the non-political and non-porn boards on IQfy are primarily sustained by bots.

Presenting it with fiction is pretentious and insults the audiences intelligence.

Let's define metaphor as using a thing to represent another.
That describes both how the brain fundamentally operates and the high level mechanism by which it absorbs new information.
A London taxi driver has a clump of neurons representing a map of London.
When he first sat in the Taxi and got the information about where to go somewhere he didn't grow a clump of neurons to represent the information. He used the already established networks to represent something they weren't originally trained to represent.
Literary metaphors are just one example of a much larger phenomena, tapping directly into the metaphoric nature of your brain would be the way to achieve the theoretical maximum optimization of information transfer.
Notice the taxi driver example communicates the idea better than shit about "theoretical maximum optimization of information transfer". That's because stories work better than dry descriptions.

No adult reads fiction for its didactic value is more accurate

I think the only real "adult" themes are sex and state of art science. Everything else can be and is used in children/teenager content, sometimes better than so-called "adult" one

You'd think so, but a lot of fairy tales can be very violent and bloody, at least the ones from pre-Disney era.
