I see no problem with this if it is only for a few years. Soldiers sleep in stacked beds under tents waking up with bugs up their ass. At least here you have heating/cooling and warm showers.

Same stayed a night in jail cause ex decided to go and do bullshit stuff then called the cops on me and Amber Heard'ed me. Not a fun thing. Took me almost 2 years to clear my name and let me tell you, that 1 night in jail scared me for life. I can't imagine being jailed. I love women but I can't be in a relationship with them, especially not western women lmao.

Well this is temporary ride and goes way fast , we are bound to mortality for a damn good reason .

Well yeah. The only difference between an agnostic person like me and a Satanist is that you guys don't really believe in the deity while I'm a pussy that is covering my bases just in case. But we still do live with morality. People think that just because we don't really subscribe to organized religion is that were extremely evil and very degenerate. Yet a lot of the bullshit I see always comes from people that are very religious when shit come flying out of their closets.

I seek balance , equilibrium , Satanism is in a personal note a defense mechanism for me , weaponized free thinking, to put me on alert about the dangers of this human species, basically sharping the mind like a knife , otherwise they eat me alive and laugh in the end.

This is my own version of Satanism, accidental Satanism not in face of darkness but in face of human nastiness and negativity.

I actually seek the positive, I don't speak in name of any other Satanist neither how it should be practiced, I'm just my own version of it.

they use irrational language "you'd rather be homeless than live in a POD?!", that's how they're going to convince people. or the bugs, but how are they going to convince the increasing amount of vegetarians and vegans in the world? never going to happen. Vegetarians and vegans would rather die than eat bugs. they get angry if food is even cooked on a pan that made meat and was washed with soapy water.

Banning owning more than one home would drastically reduce the prices of homes for a small amount if time, but most people still woulden't be able to afford one.

You would be creating a lot of homeless people.

            Anonymous

            this
70% of landlords only own one rental property

The amount of new housing being build would drop to an extremely low amount if being a landlord was banned
People who couldnt afford a house, even with reduced prices would go homeless.

            Anonymous

It sounds like you're saying the ban should simply be on owning more than 2 or homes to be effective.
Although I suspect we'd start seeing a lot of toddlers suddenly promoted into landlord roles to get around that ban.

            Anonymous

            There shouldn't be a ban.
The more landlords building homes the better, it reduces rents.

Stop being a tantruming baby and do something with your life. You could find the stillness and take control over your emotions or you can make business, own some slaves and profit.

Fire code of Canada. Having that much people in 1 house is a fire hazard, I lived around somewhere that had a rental like this and they were extremely noisy even in the late hours. You hear them laughing and what not at 4am hanging outside in a townhouse complex which is actually also illegal due to the city bylaw waking everybody up in the area. The police got called on them a few times and these jeets have the audacity to keep doing it. But it's Canada it's illegal but liberal cucks will just turn a blind eye to them.

            >So these poor people deserve to be homeless instead?

It's not them I pray for. It's the nitwits in housing laws that allow this shit to get their act together

Japan has Regulated Capsule hotel, their standards are regulated for Japanese people. Some are below standard but their cost is well below the average rate.

Out here a 6'2 african american would not be comfortable there and some 5'2 white girl won't feel the safest. Regardless of race but knowing IQfy they have a hard-on for race fetish shit so they won't read this unless I put it here.

Essentially what the landlord OP is posting is someone taking advantage of a system flaw. Low standards, well above a proper asking price of rent. And they clearly are advertising because only 3 people (Likely Immigrants) were desperate enough to want this.

I'm confident it just looks like that, but due to the price. Some dude next door would be shooting heroin

Depends on which part of the country you're in. In the PNW it's due to housing regulations made by boomers to artificially inflate housing value. Then there's the insane amount of bureaucratic red tape that goes into not just buying a home but also building one.

Don't worry, renting is just as expensive too because every Hispanic and liberal homosexual with a dream decide to move here under the idea that PNW is a progressive utopia.

Basically, a heap of western countries found that heavy restrictions on building and zoning combined with the importation of literal armies of pajeets and other third world imports creating unlimited demand for living space, pretty much becomes an infinite money glitch for property owners. There’s very little political will to change anything because the people with the most political voting power and clout are largely own their residences and investments outright, so seeing number go up is fantastic for them.

There is finite space. As the population grows larger, the value of the individual diminishes. Look at how suburban homes were zoned 40 years ago here in canada. To how they are zoned now. Space gets lesser and lesser. There is no reason to not think that how land is divied will DECREASE as population INCREASES. The earlier you become a land owner will ALWAYS be more advantageous than the person who comes after you. A doctor and a vet could become a land owner today. In 50 years? The doctor will likely be able to become a land owner, not the vet. In 125 years? The doctor won't be able to become a land owner. You will have to operate a large business to become a land owner. Because there is finite space, and the population will always grow. There will ALWAYS be more people who HAVE to compete HARDER in order to preserve/increase the purchasing power they have.

Misconception. You never actually own the soil. The only thing you own is a piece of paper that gives you a right to use your local police force to make others to vacate your property at gunpoint. The only amount of land you own is the amount of land you can defend yourself, or pay for others to defend.

The bear case for land is that if you are suspicious and distrustful of your government to begin with, buying can be a total waste of money. How long will your government be there to defend it for you? How trustworthy your governement? Could you see a day (balkanization) where you might one day go to war with your former property right enforcer? "buy land, buy gunz" crowd think they're still going to own their land when the US Govt turns against them?

Yes, and naturally so. For as much as much as people are willing to tolerate. Landlording 101.

I pay $850/mo in South Dakota. I move to a new city or town each year. Currently making 160k/year remotely. 5 months in, a paper gets tacked to my door along with all my neighbors notifying us of a rent increase ($1000+ per month).

I'm waiting until the last minute to notify landlord that I will not be renewing. Feel sorry for my neighbors. Good people, all so confused and scared about how this could occur in such a small town. They don't know I work in tech. I don't tell them, otherwise they'd blame me INSTEAD OF THE PERSON WHO LITERALLY RAISED THE PRICE ON THEM... the landlord.

I've just about maxxed out small US towns worth living in. I move to a new one each year. Heading to SEA next year. I am not the cause of inflation, companies and landlords are.

Maybe because you're moronic? Ever think of that?
When the government forces the price of housing up 20x it's natural market rate, it's inevitable that the natural rate of rents goes up with it.
Landlords wouldn't be able to raise prices to these levels if not for the government.
            >muh greed
Literally everyone is greedy and sets prices according to supply and demand.
If the government injected trillions into any asset class, obviously the price would increase. You'd be calling the owners of those assets "greedy" as well because you're moronic.

Price gouging is generally seen as a bad thing in every other market, apart from housing where for some reason everyone finds it perfectly acceptable for people to buy up all the stock and rent it out for as much as the market will bear.

            It's also entirely subjective too.
Price gouging is "any prices I subjectively feel are too high".
If there was a massive virus that wiped out 90% of tomato plants and the price of tomatoes shot up due to this, would you call that price gouging because you're moronic.

            >to buy up all the stock
            Source?
Why are you repeating conspiracy theories?
70% of landlords only own one rental property.
Companies like blackrock only own approx 0.3% of single family homes.

I know it's anecdotal but I've just never met anyone in my life that struggled for years trying to find work.

It took less than 15 minutes for redditors to figure out this was obviously fake, and either rage bait or astroturfing from the company selling this garbage.
Why is IQfy so much dumber?

These things do exist. More are coming, it isn't fake.

You're jerking yourself off your imagined fears of what's to come, old man.

        GOOD

We need more cheap rentals for single people.
If I had this shit when I was homeless in my 20s I would have been a lot more better off.

I wouldn't mind that for 3 month stays (digital nomad), as long as I have a safe and the amenities of the building are good enough (I've seen similar setups in Singapore, the rest of the building more than makes up for the micro apartments).

A lot of rental housing in or near colleges already splits multi-bed apartments up between students. These just let you do the same thing with bedrooms. It's a great idea.

You know, in world war 2 in Japan, when cities got firebombed, companies (zaibatsu actually) and the government swooped in and "claimed" all the prime real estate that used to belong to people.

The same thing will happen to all of us if our homes and communities are destroyed in war. The land won't go to our children, because the land ownership records will be destroyed in the fighting, too. Then rich people will just bulldoze over our land and squat on it.

Same thing with Hawaii fire. Same thing with Ukraine. Blackrock and Zelensky deals already being made. Google it. War is always bullish for them.

You can buy a cheap used prius, they're made by Toyota to last with cheap maintenance. It's a hatchback and you can fold the seats down, plop a bed,/sleeping bag and live in it. It's a hybrid car, so acts as a generator on wheels. The engine turns on twice every hour to charge the battery if it runs low. You can leave the ac/heater on all night and use up only a gallon of gas a night.
