The Amish and Mormon community in the United States have about 3.5 kids per Mormon family and about 6 kids per Amish family. As their numbers grow they'll eventually reverse the American fertility decline.
Europe is in a worse spot because no country is above 2.1 in fertility and even immigrant populations fall below replacement level within a generation. Also soon there won't even be many countries left to get migrants from since all countries are experiencing a fertility decline. Turkey used to send millions of people to work in Germany but now even Turkey has a fertility rate below 2.1. Even African countries have now fallen below the replacement level and the big African countries like Ethiopia if expected to fall to it around 2050.
Essentially every country will experience this decline like the US but they'll all be in a worse position to handle it.
