Isn’t Christian sexual moral teachings seriously outdated in our modern world? Adultery, pre-marital sex, abortion make no sense being classified as sins anymore in a word where we have access to birth control and paternity tests. When we feel there’s no consequence to our actions then how can anyone ever be made to feel it is a sin?

David Hume wrote how laws against adultery and that kind of stuff were more the result of series consequences of such actions by women, but if the consequences were to removed (as it is today with birth control and paternity tests) then it wouldn’t be seen as seriously.

The reason why a Christian cannot downgrade and syncretize with the modern apostate religion of rebellious and sinful man is that our God has spoken. He has given to us His eternal will. That the truth of the everlasting God has fallen out of favor is no reason to hold back from preaching the full counsel of God for even a moment, if anything we should step it up preaching it hotter and more frequently; for He commanded us that we should preach His word in season and out of season.

Adultery is bad because it harms your partner and any children you have. But as long as children aren't involved most "sexual sins" aren't really bad.
Adultery doesn’t harm your partner like it use to anymore because of paternity tests, birth control and easy abortion.
Plenty of other parts of the Bible have been ignored by Christians historically, this isn't really that strange.
Ultimately Christianity is a social institution that exists for the sake of the clergy and it's benefactors, scripture is just scribbles on paper.
