call me when leaking and spitback get fixed and this tech gets some actual useful improvements.
until then, this whole thing is nothing more than a terrible meme and a money sinkhole

works on my machine is not an argument, especially here. It is a general consensus that all of this shit leaks
What's that anyways, an aegis boost or something?

            Anonymous

Aegis boost pro or max or whatever the 100W but I use the tank and coils of the smaller boost on it

Had the same one this Anon has. Its designed in such a way that it only leaks into the lower body which you can just wipe away. The coil is far enough from the mouthpiece that spitting isn't that much of an issue.
90% of people buy shitty $10 vapes and are surprised that they are shit.

            >90% of people buy shitty $10 vapes and are surprised that they are shit.
It really wasn't the case for me, I had an Aspire 2, BP Mods Pioneer, a Zeus X RTA and lastly a Drag X Pro. All of them had issues mostly including leaking and spitback (only Zeus) and few days ago I threw all the remaining ones into the trash.
            Awful fricking waste of money.
I'm still hopeful of finding something that just works, like a god damn idiot, but deep down I know there is nothing else worth trying.

I think leaking/spitback should be easily solved, but the trade off is a tank that is bulky and ugly so it would be a hard sell.

Legit considering investing in a lathe to prototype a better design.

The Smok X-Baby tank solved leaking and spitback, but they idiotically built it with a flexible 510 connector secured with a thick rubber ring which steadily wears down, and this of course, leads to leaking. A guy mentioned replacing the 510 connector with a static one, single part, tightly secured, a said it solved the need for jimmying in a new ring every couple of months. Said it's the perfect tank with that mod. You'd need a dremel and some other tools to do it though.

            Anonymous

Yeah, every vape take I tried fricks at least one thing up. That tank seems to use proprietary coils and top airflow too which I'm not a fan of.

But yes, basic problem is maintaining a consistent pressure in the tank when liquid level changes and everything needs to be unscrewed by hand.

Better solution is to make everything tight and just accept that you need a tool to dismantle it, and possibly use a second chamber for juice storage so that liquid level in the chamber that includes the coil is always the same.

            >top airflow
Can totally mute flavor but somehow the X-Baby didn't (on the other hand the Cleito Exo makes everything taste like pennies).

spitback is the case of the atomizer and coil yes
but can easily be fixed if you are using a rebuildable

yep mtl and is the way to go. get your wires and cotton do it in 5 minute, I love my siren2 tank and 0.5ohm wire coils. good flavor and decent puffs.

.NET Frameshit anything. 20 years of trying to outdo Java in bloat. Really.

"No more DLL hell!" We were told. Yeah, layers and layers of sometimes extremely buggy CLRs with tens of thousands of files and with complexity that makes the Linuxtard dependecy frickery look orderly and fine even.

I received several invites when the whole thing was rolling out (yeah ama boomer) and several developer kits from Microsoft in the succeding years during their massive media and material NET push of the early 2000s.

Porting some of the C++ MFC and even VB6 MDI to C# and VBnet, the performance hit was insane! JIT was nowhere in time! 3 to 5 fold CPU usage hit (mind you we didnt have dual cores yet!) and in some instances RAM usage was increased 20 fold! (again, having 2gb to 4gb of DDR RAM was considered nutso when most Dells were rocking 256 to 512mb the stuff and 4gb workstations were unusable with ported apps)

As years went on and versions were released and bugs and interoperability issues just got worse so did the bloat.

This shit set us back a generation and gave us bloatshit of today and indirectly, the electronhell we live in currently.

In addition, wasn't OG Longhorn supposed to be .NET everything from the managed kernel to the calc program? Like the entire OS from ground up, and wasn't it an absolutely buggy and bloated frickup that needed a machine from 2022 to run reliably and was the reason Vista got delayed so much since everything had to be rolled back?

Why did Microsoft decide to push .NET after this disaster, inhouse disaster even? Cuz Java? Who gives a shit?! Java was and is going nowhere beyond webshit. We knew that 20 years ago? Is this a Ballmer frickup?

I used to be an IQfytist but now I fricking hate cars. Thanks to cars our country's modern infrastructure was built to be car dependent to keep the oil tycoons rich. It ruins the planet, fricks up the air, people become dehumanized, requires stupid amounts of money to maintain, and worse of all, it fuels greed. I used to want a pickup truck but after seeing the sad caricature of what modern luxury pickup trucks have become where 90% of pickup owners have an empty truck bed, I hate them even more. If everything was designed to be walkable, bikeable, or bus/train-able like the EU, life outside the city wouldn't be so miserable. I'm just glad I live inside the city and my bicycle gives me exercise and it's almost free maintenance wise, living in the city means a 5 minute bike to the grocery. In fact now that I'm ranting, the other "technology" I can't stand is suburban sprawl and "the nuclear family." Frick American car culture, it's so fricking stupid. I can't believe I used to be a hard IQfytist

I prefer vapegays over cig smokers, can't live in cheap apartments cuz they inevitably smoke inside and make your apartment reak like cigs 24/7, open window to get fresh air in the car? Nope, dude in front is smoking. Want to buy a house? Well damn, its been smoked in sometime in its life, gotta rip out the interior or ozone the shit out of it.
Atleast with vapes all it does is leave a fruity smelling residue on the wall, the radius you can smell that shit is so much smaller too. If you don't smoke and live around non smokers you end up telling if someone's a smoker if you stand closer than 3 feet away from them. Smokers are nasty.
